Maggie Bai

Maggie Bai, 14, is an incoming freshman at Nobles and Greenough School and a pianist of exceptional artistry. She began piano at four and studies with Angel Ramon Rivera and Kanako Nishikawa. At the New England Conservatory Preparatory School, she is a selected member of the Chamber Music Intensive Performance Seminar (CHIPS).

An active soloist, Maggie has performed with the Wellesley Symphony and New England Philharmonic and will appear with the Concord Orchestra in 2026. Her numerous First Prize honors include the Steinway Society (2021), Chopin International (2024), NEC Prep Concerto (2024), and the Concord and New England Philharmonic Young Artist competitions (2025). She has performed at Jordan Hall, Carnegie Hall, Ganz Hall, Liszt’s House, and the Schumann Museum. Beyond piano, Maggie studies voice and musical theater, actively serves as a collaborative pianist, and volunteers her music within the community.
